However, it was Cumbrian-born Stuart Green who completed the victory in style with a last minute free-kick bent over the wall. McMenamin opened the scoring after just three minutes and two more first half goals from Coppinger (14 & 45 minutes) gave United a 3-0 interval lead. McMenamin got his second after 56 minutes and Offiong made it 5-0 with twenty minutes remaining. It was then left to Stuey Green to round-off the victory with his late free-kick.
